Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Moradabad is a district level institution (Farm Science Centre) engaged in transfer of latest agricultural technologies to the end users for bridging the gap between production and productivity. It works through partnership mode with farmers, allied departments and agencies. The KVK, Moradabad was established on 23rd December 2005 under the administrative control of the Sardar VallabhBhai Patel University of Agri. & Tech.,Modipuram Meerut – 250110 (U.P.).

The Krishi Vigyan Kendra is situated at Rustam Nagar in Bilari sub division of Distt Moradabad. It is 30 km away from Moradabad-Agra State highway. District Moradabad is located on the right bank of Ram Ganga river and is biggest district of this division. Tarai area of U.S. Nagar and Bijnor districts are bounding Moradabad from north side while Rampur bounds it from east and Sambhal from South. On the west is separates from Amroha.

The KVK, Moradabad was established on 23rd December 2005 under the administrative control of the Sardar VallabhBhai Patel University of Agri. & Tech.,Modipuram Meerut – 250110 (U.P.). and committed to assessment, refinement and dissemination of agricultural technology in the district.
KVK is designed to impart need-based and skill-oriented vocational training to the farmers, in-service field level extension workers and to those who wish to go in for self- employment. The basic concepts of KVK, Bilari, Moradabad are
Need based courses are designed for different types of clientele. Courses are based on the information received through family and village survey. After the training demonstration, On-Farm Trial follow-up extension programmes are organized for converting the acquired skills of the trainees into practices. The KVK staffs are working with full zeal and enthusiasm for benefiting the downtrodden of rural communalities of Moradabad distric.
