The KVK, Moradabad has started an Agro-mobile Voice Service in year 2012-13 to 2013-14 with the help of ICAR & Collaboration of IIT Kanpur. In this service KVK, Moradabad Provide a technical advice through Voice SMS on farmers mobile.
